Who we are

ELCARO Inc. operates the ELCARO BRAIN application, a trading analysis and decision support tool available via Telegram Mini App.

Data we store

When you use ELCARO BRAIN, we store and process the following:

• Account: Your Telegram user ID and subscription status/plan/expiry date
• Analysis history: Your analysis requests, generated verdicts, trade signals, and recorded outcomes (trade log)
• Alerts: Your notification and alert preferences
• Exchange keys (optional): If you connect a read-only API key to an exchange, we store it encrypted at rest using AES-GCM. Keys are decrypted only transiently to fetch your balances and positions — keys are never sent to the AI model and never logged in plain text

AI processing

When you request analysis, your positions and market context are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis and trading signals. The output is informational only and does not constitute investment advice. See Anthropic's privacy policy for how they process this data.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties to operate ELCARO BRAIN:

• Telegram: Platform, authentication, payments via Telegram Stars
• Cloudflare: Workers (compute), D1 (database), and KV (key-value storage)
• Payment processors: Cryptomus (crypto payments), Stripe/Telegram Payments (card payments)
• Market data: Kraken, Bybit, Blofin, Binance, OKX, and official Robinhood API
• AI model: Anthropic Claude API for analysis generation

Each of these services processes data under their own privacy policies.

Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect your exchange API keys at any time — they will be deleted immediately from our servers. To request complete deletion of your account data (including analysis history, signals, and subscription records), message support via the Telegram bot.

No auto-renewal

Subscriptions to ELCARO BRAIN do not renew automatically. Your paid access ends at the end of your subscription period unless you manually renew it.
